Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide on-site user support for 50+ employees in downtown Tucson
- Deploy and configure new workstations and peripherals
- Manage network infrastructure including routers and firewalls
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for staff
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required
- Proficient in Active Directory and Office 365 administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in confined server spaces
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional off-site tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Available to start immediately and work flexible hours
