Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with medical protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide health education and support to patients and families
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Current state licensure/certification (e.g., RN, CMA, EMT)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
