Role Overview:
You will act as the technical liaison for our clients, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring seamless system performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and customer support via chat, email, and remote desktop sharing.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software compatibility issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high ticket resolution rate while adhering to SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate recurring bugs and report system anomalies.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding system maintenance and outages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and troubleshooting protocols.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
