Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations and direct team of 10+ staff
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters to management
- Conduct shift briefings and performance documentation
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for handover continuity
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory software
- Valid NC driver's license required
