Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and upselling
- Manage high-volume weekend transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Process returns, exchanges, and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales and operational targets
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization during off-peak hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficient with POS systems and basic technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in team environments
- Previous experience in premium retail environments preferred
