Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and billing questions.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable and available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
