Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations across 3 distribution centers
- Manage inventory and shipping schedules for weekend fulfillment
- Lead cross-functional teams of 5-7 weekend staff members
- Resolve urgent operational issues within 2-hour SLA
- Generate weekend performance reports for Monday leadership review
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Communicate with vendors for weekend supply chain adjustments
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in logistics or warehouse coordination
- Proven ability to lead weekend shift teams
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management software
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Valid Texas driver's license required
- Forklift certification preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
