Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to critical changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional medical teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Lead patient education and discharge planning
- Participate in weekend quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- BSN or higher (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (current)
- Weekend shift availability mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
