Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision
- Assist with medical procedures under RN supervision
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments
- Communicate patient needs effectively to healthcare team
- Support emotional well-being of patients and families
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility protocols
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in EHR documentation systems
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Pass criminal background check and drug screen
