Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor system alerts and perform proactive maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Respond to urgent tickets via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday engineering team to escalate complex issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience with Windows, macOS, and mobile device troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of network basics (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Rotating shifts).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
