Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and implementation of scalable cloud solutions on AWS/Azure
- Mentor 5+ engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps and deliverables
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and implement DevOps best practices
- Drive innovation in machine learning integration and data analytics
- Conduct technical interviews and contribute to talent acquisition
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development with 3+ years in technical leadership
- Expertise in Python, Java, and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Terraform)
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- AWS/Azure certification or demonstrable expertise
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
- Experience leading remote and hybrid teams
