Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care support including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with medical equipment setup and maintenance
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Minimum 6 months healthcare support experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
