Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and process orders using CRM systems
- Maintain detailed customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Contribute to weekend team meetings and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
