Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in a climate-controlled facility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Utilize warehouse management software for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Must be available to start tomorrow and commit to 3-month assignment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to Austin distribution centers
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred but not required
