Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift staff, ensuring optimal workflow and safety compliance
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and documentation
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols in warehouse environments
- Resolve logistical challenges and maintain real-time tracking systems
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with HR on staffing needs and training programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
