Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels, barcodes, and pick lists.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, or weekends as required by business needs.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
