Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload freight trucks and verify shipments
- Maintain organized inventory with cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with walking/standing
- Reliable transportation to industrial zone
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
