Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Provide remote and on-site technical support with 4-hour SLA response
- Document all troubleshooting processes using ServiceNow
- Train clients on new system implementations and security protocols
- Collaborate with engineering team for escalated technical challenges
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score
- Support 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise-level IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong experience with ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication skills with technical/non-technical audiences
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
- Valid California driver's license for client site visits
- CCNA or AWS certifications preferred
