The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be the technical backbone of our product development lifecycle. You will design scalable solutions, mentor junior developers, and work closely with product managers to deliver world-class software experiences.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high code quality.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and state management libraries.
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
