Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage help desk tickets using ServiceNow and document resolutions
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Train end-users on new systems and best practices
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management principles
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
