Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure all software is built with scalability and security in mind.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of shipping products to production in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
