Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Frontend) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for scalability and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps.
- Ensure security best practices are implemented across all software layers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
- Deep understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and caching technologies (Redis, etc.).
- Experience with AWS or Google Cloud (GCP) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
