Responsibilities
- Provide advanced critical care for trauma patients in Level I Trauma Center
- Administer complex medications and interventions in high-pressure environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during emergency situations
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EHR system
- Mentor new nurses and participate in continuous quality improvement
- Respond rapidly to rapid response and code blue activations
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years ICU/Trauma experience
- ACLS, TNCC, and BLS certifications required
- Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
