Responsibilities
- Assist medical staff with patient intake and preliminary assessments
- Perform vital sign monitoring and basic diagnostic procedures
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize equipment
- Manage patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
- Handle medical records with HIPAA compliance
- Provide patient education and support
- Administer basic first aid and emergency response
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA/MA certification preferred)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if transporting patients)
- Background check and drug screen required
