- Resolve billing and service issues using CRM systems within SLA targets

- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce database
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
- Support weekend and evening shifts as needed (15-20 hrs/week)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
