- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Document interactions and prepare detailed case reports
- Adhere to company SLAs and quality standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask under pressure with minimal supervision
- Availability for flexible shifts (evenings/weekends required)
