- Update CRM records with accurate customer interaction data
- Identify upsell opportunities during client interactions
- Participate in daily cross-functional team huddles
- Adapt quickly to changing product launches and promotions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Available for 20-25 hours/week with evening/weekend flexibility
- Strong typing skills (60+ WPM) with multi-tasking ability
- Chicago residents preferred for immediate availability
- Spanish language skills a significant plus
