Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and proprietary systems
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Participate in bi-weekly training to refine product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with empathetic problem-solving approach
- Ability to multitask while maintaining 95%+ quality metrics
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
