- Handle 30+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing and product issues using CRM systems and escalation protocols
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Maintain detailed case documentation and update customer profiles in real-time
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
