Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, order issues, and product support requests
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time, call volume)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting
