Responsibilities
- Lead team of 15+ warehouse associates during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless loading/unloading
- Conduct performance reviews and provide staff development
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Resolve operational challenges during peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills required
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Miami-Dade County residency preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly valued
