Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shift operations
- Monitor inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for optimal efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Generate daily productivity and compliance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
