Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor 15-20 night shift team members to ensure operational excellence
- Oversee receiving, inventory control, and shipping processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift management
- Conduct performance evaluations and development planning
- Resolve operational challenges using data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3rd shift environments
- OSHA Forklift certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- Valid Florida driver's license
