Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Execute inventory control procedures and cycle counts with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate loading/unloading of 50+ trucks nightly using WMS systems
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free operations
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize warehouse workflows
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate with day shift supervisors
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid forklift certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours nightly
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
