Responsibilities
- Manage overnight team of 8-12 warehouse associates
- Optimize inventory flow and order fulfillment accuracy
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Train new hires on equipment operations (forklifts, scanners)
- Resolve operational issues and escalate to management
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings
- Monitor KPIs: productivity, accuracy, on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficient with WMS systems and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
