Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift staff, ensuring optimal productivity and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.9% accuracy requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift and transport teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Handle urgent client requests and resolve operational escalations
- Conduct daily safety audits and equipment maintenance checks
- Generate performance reports and KPI analysis for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in 24/7 operations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a significant advantage
