Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in warehouse cleaning and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to Northside El Paso facility
