Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members in warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment workflows
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with 3PL partners
- Conduct quality control audits and process improvements
- Manage real-time inventory tracking via WMS systems
- Train staff on equipment operation and SOPs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment proficiency
- Advanced WMS system knowledge (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Basic Spanish language skills highly valued
