Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support loading/unloading activities for distribution trucks
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid state ID (forklift certification a plus but not required)
- Reliable transportation to Brighton Blvd facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to undergo immediate background check
