Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor 10-15 night shift team members, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards
- Oversee real-time inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance
- Utilize WMS systems for order processing and reporting
- Resolve operational challenges proactively during peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanners
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Proven track record in inventory management accuracy
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
