Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain strict safety protocols and 5S standards across all workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Process inbound shipments and manage dock schedules
- Complete shift handover documentation and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Flexible schedule availability (overnight shifts: 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
