Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff members, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols across all warehouse operations
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate with day shift team for smooth transition of operations and handover
- Address operational issues promptly using root cause analysis techniques
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate nightly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual (Spanish) preferred
