Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize inventory storage through strategic pallet placement and slotting
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for same-day shipping fulfillment
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with numeric and alphanumeric data
- Reliable transportation to support overnight shift schedule
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Flexible availability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekends as needed
