Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 team members during overnight shifts, ensuring safety protocols and operational efficiency
- Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, put-away, and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance evaluations
- Resolve escalated customer and operational issues promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and shift activities
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operational transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
