Responsibilities
- Manage inventory with precision using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Coordinate high-volume order fulfillment for e-commerce and retail partners
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Document all activities in real-time using warehouse management software
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic proficiency with warehouse technology (WMS, RF scanners)
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
