Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during night shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Day Shift teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of customer support or technical helpdesk experience.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
