Responsibilities
- Oversee all overnight warehouse operations (3rd shift)
- Manage team of 12-15 hourly associates
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate inventory management and shipping/receiving
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
- Handle escalated customer/vendor issues
- Generate shift performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule (overnights, weekends)
- Forklift certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
