Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload and organize inventory during overnight shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) with precision
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Train on new warehouse technologies and processes
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system knowledge
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
