Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 member night shift team, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity
- Ensure all warehouse operations meet OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Manage inventory control systems and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for smooth operational handovers
- Address urgent operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Prepare daily performance reports for senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse or logistics supervision
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
