Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and prepare shipments for distribution
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Houston facility
- Must be available for flexible shifts (including weekends)
